OSU starting quarterback J.T. Barrett left the game with a leg injury midway through the third quarter and did not return.

With Michigan's coverage taking away the passing lanes on third-and-nine, Barrett took the shotgun snap and rushed around right end.

After being treated in the locker room, Barrett returned the sideline wearing a warm-up jacket and without his helmet on.

He completed 3 of 4 passes for 60 yards on those first two drives and also ran for 24 yards on three attempts. Haskins finished the day throwing for 94 yards on six completions, and his unwavering performance kept the Buckeyes' playoff hopes alive.

Ohio State scored 17 unanswered points in the final 17 minutes to beat Michigan, 31-20, Saturday at Michigan Stadium.

MI quarterback John O'Korn completed 17 of 32 passes for 195 yards with a touchdown and an interception. Dwayne Haskins relieved Barrett and helped lead the Buckeyes to a 31-20 victory against MI.

The game is tied up 14-14 at the half.

According to head coach Urban Meyer, Barrett was hit on the sideline by a cameraman. Wolverines LT Mason Cole started his 50th game, tying him with Jon Jansen (1995-98) for most starts by a MI lineman.

Meyer was visibly upset after the game during his press conference.
