Le célèbre chef et auteur américain Anthony Bourdain a été retrouvé mort dans sa chambre d'hôtel en France, ce vendredi 8 juin 2018. Il était âgé de 61 ans.

Enthousiaste et gouailleur, Anthony Bourdain était davantage à la recherche de rencontres, de saveurs et d'instants de vie que de raffinement ou d'esthétique.

L'actrice italienne a exprimé sa tristesse sur les réseaux sociaux, quelques heures après l'annonce de la mort de son compagnon, le chef américain Anthony Bourdain.

Lui-même gagnait sa vie derrière les fourneaux à New York avant de connaître la gloire en 2000 avec son livre Kitchen Confidential, dans lequel il raconte les dessous du métier et son mode de vie excessif, qui deviendra sa marque de commerce.
