While Kane has history with Chelsea since he was 8, he has now spent time on loan at Oxford United, Blackburn and Nottingham Forest.

And as reports indicated, Long has now moved to Hull after signing a three-year contract with the club, reuniting with former head coach Nigel Adkins.

The 24-year-old defender will spend the coming season on loan with the Tigers, giving him another opportunity to play first-team football.
