The airline has cancelled up to 600 flights over what it calls the cabin crew's "unjustified" action.
Ryanair described the strikes as regrettable and said that the pilots involved - around 100 of 350 its pilots in Ireland - had refused to take part in a working group to resolve their complaints.
A further one-day pilots' strike is planned for next Tuesday, while cabin crew in Belgium, Italy, Portugal, and Spain, will strike for two days next week.
In a separate stament, Ryanair said: " Over 85% of our 50,000 customers whose flights on July 25th and 26th were cancelled due to a strike by some cabin crew in Belgium, Portugal and Spain, have been re-accommodated on alternative flights, or applied for full refunds".
The cabin crew strike will affect some 50 of the 160 scheduled flights in and out of Belgium, from Charleroi and Brussels, the airline said.

It's thought that Ryan Air has contacted those affected by text message and SMS.
Those who were planning on travelling to those countries could find their flights heavily disrupted, which will no doubt cause chaos for the families planning a sunny getaway for the school holidays.
"Ryanair sincerely apologises to our customers for these disruptions which we have done our utmost to avoid", said Ryanair's chief marketing officer Kenny Jacobs. "We will keep an open mind".
The staff are unhappy about a range of pay and conditions issues.
Last December, Ryanair recognized trade unions for the first time in its 32-year history but has since then struggled to reach agreements on the terms of the recognition with some unions and has faced several threats of strike action in different European countries.
