Tesla's Musk resolves farting unicorn row with United States potter

  • Tom Edwards’ original design left and the image tweeted by Elon Musk

Tesla's stock on the heels of a quickly-deleted tweet from Musk attacking a Thai rescue diver who assisted with the recovery of 12 stranded boys and their soccer coach from a flooded cave.

Musk, 47, defended himself on Saturday in a series of tweets by denying that he's a top donor to the GOP or any political party.

But Edwards' admiration turned to disappointment when he found out the image had made its way into Tesla's promotional materials and even its operating system, for which he had not received compensation.

Bloomberg cited an email that Brune sent to staff, in which he wrote that Musk asked him to reveal the $6 million in donations that he had previously made anonymously to the Sierra Club. He did not want a big legal fight and said that he had always been a Musk fanboy.

Tesla, CEO Elon Musk took to Twitter on Thursday night to dispute rumors that Model 3 cancellations are outpacing orders. He added: "We're not sitting here with dollar signs in our eyes, we're really doing this because it's what right".

"We have reached an agreement with Tesla that resolves our issues in a way that everyone feels good about", he said.

Rubio: We need to stand with intelligence community
At the same time, the top House investigator said he hasn't seen any evidence that Mr. Trump actively colluded with Russians to gain an advantage during the 2016 campaign.

On Friday, Edwards blogged to say that the matter had been resolved.

"It's clear there were some misunderstandings that led to this escalating, but I'm just glad that everything has been cleared up", wrote the 61-year-old, a self-described "ceramics geek" who began working in pottery in the late 1970s after dropping out of graduate school.

One of his followers observed wryly: "Dude you need to refocus and get on track!"

It provoked questions about his commitment to environmental conservation, which struck a chord with Musk, who directly responded to a Twitter user who asked why he is funding people who "don't believe in climate change."
