Episodes of Hard Knocks: Training Camp with the Cleveland Browns will air Tuesdays at 10 p.m. ET/PT, starting with the premiere on August 7.

There are a few storylines we think - as the amateur producers we pretend to be - will be unavoidable. Can one of the most historic franchises in the National Football League recover from two years of futility and return to respectability? In April, the Browns gave him a five-year, $75 million extension. "It was actually a very good experience for (his previous teams)".

We saw a lot of Jarvis Landry, who is not only the top receiver on the team but arguably the most vocal leader after he stepped up and told his fellow wide receivers they needed to push through and hit the field. It'd be a stunner if this group didn't receive heavy attention in tonight's episode.

Nassib had no recruiting interest to speak of as a high school prospect, despite being the younger brother of former Syracuse quarterback Ryan Nassib.

The Browns have brought in some quality veterans, including Landry and Tyrod Taylor among others.

This is "Hard Knocks", isn't it? "It's kind of nearly like my story being an underdog, always feeling like you have to prove something".

The "Hard Knocks" crew featured Mayfield throughout, from him arriving in Cleveland to checking into his hotel (when he realized that Bob Evans restaurants are a chain) to signing his contract. Wide receiver C.J. Board has had a great training camp, Justin Currie switched from defensive back to linebacker in hopes of finding a niche in Cleveland's defense and cornerback Denzel Rice is looking to repeat what he did with the Eagles in 2015, when he was the only undrafted rookie free agent to make the team's 53-man roster.

But there was a painfully revealing scene that made the cut this week, and it centered on a moment when third-year Browns head coach Hue Jackson tried to project strength and authority and instead wound up exhibiting a classic form of weakness known as My-Way-Or-The-Highway Syndrome. Same goes for the organization's jump into Lake Erie in early June.
