Taxe d'habitation : une première baisse de 30%, mais pas partout

La réforme de la taxe d'habitation ne concerne que les résidences principales. Des hausses parfois importantes de cet impôt sont déjà constatées notamment par les contribuables non concernés par l'allègement de 30% promis dès cette année aux foyers les plus modestes.

Pour bénéficier de cette mesure, il faut que le revenu fiscal de référence soit en dessous de 27.000 euros par an pour un célibataire, et 55.000 euros pour un couple avec deux enfants.
