According to court documents, Brown is accused of throwing furniture from the fourteenth story balcony of a Florida apartment building.
Investigators later obtained surveillance video that showed a cleaning crew had entered Brown's apartment at The Mansions of Acqualina on April 13.

Antonio Brown is being sued after almost harming a toddler by throwing large furniture out his 14th story window in Florida. The victim in one of the lawsuits claims a 22-month-old child was almost hit by an item thrown from the balcony.
A lawsuit filed by the victim contends two very large vases, an ottoman and other pieces of furniture landed just feet away from the child and his grandfather.
Brown was not arrested in connection to the incident, but officials at the apartment complex told him they would start eviction proceedings against him. The following day, police again returned to the complex after Brown said someone had stolen his black Rolls-Royce.
The Steelers have said they will not be commenting. Brown is also being sued by the owner of the condo that he is leasing from on the grounds for damages and breaching the apartment agreement. When officers arrived, Brown opened the door and stated, "I found the vehicle".
Brown's attorney, Darren Heitner, declined to comment when reached by The Post.
