Les Européens et le Royaume-Uni s'accorderont sur les termes du Brexit sinon en octobre, du moins en novembre, estime le président de la Commission européenne, Jean-Claude Juncker, dans une interview publiée samedi par le quotidien autrichien Der Standard.
Le négociateur en chef de l'Union européenne sur le Brexit, Michel Barnier, avait aussi déclaré le mois dernier qu'un accord pourrait être possible pour novembre. "Et je pense que nous avons des chances de parvenir à un accord d'ici la fin de l'année".
