La Cour Suprême de Justice à Kinshasa a ouvert ce mercredi 10 octobre le procès sur l'ancien gouverneur du Katanga, Moïse Katumbi, qui est accusé d'avoir recruté des mercenaires.

Les juges ont refusé d'entendre leurs avocats en leur absence, a indiqué à l'AFP l'un d'eux, le bâtonnier honoraire Jean-Joseph Mukendi Wa Mulumba. "En exil forcé en Belgique, interdit de rentrer en RDC", disent ses avocats. C'est ainsi que nous avons soulevé cette exception d'inconstitutionnalité.
