L'Autorité de la concurrence enquête sur les prix du jambon, et les pratiques des industriels de la charcuterie, révèle Le Monde (article payant). Parmi elles, impliquées à un degré ou un autre, on trouve Fleury Michon, Les Salaisons celtiques (Intermarché), le groupe Nestlé, l'ex-Financière Turenne Lafayette... Au total ce sont 14 entreprises qui seraient dans le collimateur de l'institution pour s'être mises d'accord sur le prix des produits de charcuterie entre 2011 et 2013.

Cette entente concernerait des lardons, du saucisson, du jambon.

Certains protagonistes, comme Campofrio Food (Aoste) ou le groupe Coop (Salaison Polette) ont demandé une " procédure de clémence " qui permet de diminuer une éventuelle sanction, en échange d'informations.
