Vers 22H30, un hélicoptère NH90 Caïman de l'Aviation Légère de l'Armée de Terre (ALAT) s'est abîmé sur le pont d'envol au moment où il décollait. L'équipage de l'hélicoptère est indemne, mais quatre marins qui se trouvaient sur le pont ont été blessés, dont un gravement. Le plus sérieusement touché a été évacué à l'hôpital Percy, en banlieue parisienne.

D'après Le Monde, l'état-major a fait savoir que la météo n'était pas en cause.
