  • Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson claims controversial 'snowflake generation' interview never happened

As the Star notes, The Rock's "snowflakes" comments come as the Armed Forces released an instantly viral ad campaign targeting "snowflakes" and as comedians, including Ricky Gervais, have begun to push back harder on the outrage culture's attack on comedy and free speech in general. Never said those words.

"Earlier today online, an interview dropped, apparently it was with me, where I was insulting and criticizing millennials".

While Johnson admitted that it was positive that we live in a society where people are allowed to live how they please, he stated that he believes some people are actively looking to be offended.

Case in point: in a recent interview with United Kingdom tabloid The Daily Star, Johnson expressed chagrin with a modern generation full of what he and no shortage of terrible people have referred to as "snowflakes". Completely untrue. A hundred percent fabricated. You'll want to join it. "Have a good day".

"Rock said his piece and he's moved on from it, and it wasn't up for debate", he said.

Her co-counsel, Ann Ravel, was a commissioner for the Federal Election Commission under the Obama administration. Louise Renne, one of the lawyers who filed the suit, offered the following during a press conference.

Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson has called a lot of people a lot of names, especially during his wrestling career, but he insists he did not call millennials "snowflakes".

In fact, he mocked the need to put such labels on entire groups of people by saying that he made up the tequila generation, and it's one that you'll definitely 'want to join!'

'People can be who they want, be with who they want, and live how they want'.

I always thought the troops were protecting our right to believe what we want to believe and say what we want to say (you know, the First Amendment), so technically that is a small bit of what so many great men and women fought for, but okay, The Rock!
