Miranda Lambert reportedly got into a confrontation in a restaurant that led to her dumping a salad into a woman's lap, and video following the alleged altercation surfaced on Wednesday (February 13).

According to editors at TMZ, the incident took place at the Stoney River Steakhouse on Sunday night, where the singer was dining with her mother and a family friend.

Law enforcement sources say an older man picked a fight with Miranda's buddy, which apparently started in the men's restroom with a wisecrack about millennials and their phones.

TMZ reported that the verbal argument started in the bathroom between a male friend of Lambert's and the woman's husband, eventually spilling over into the main dining area.

The singer then left as Nashville police were called to the steakhouse around 8pm, but they didn't file a police report as the man and his party didn't press charges. However, when officers arrived and wanted to talk to the parties that were allegedly involved, none of the parties were interested in speaking or filing a report with police.

Lambert and the restaurant did not immediately respond to TMZ's request for comment.
