A 19-year-old woman turned herself into police on Wednesday to face charges of allegedly throwing two chairs off a 45th story balcony along a busy downtown Toronto street.
A source had told CityNews the woman has a criminal history and police have been in touch with her. Officers were giving her about 24 hours to turn herself in.
