iPhone 11 will be available in 64GB, 128GB and 256GB variants with prices starting from Rs 64,900.

Just like last year, Apple has launched three new iPhone models this year. Costs start at $999 and $1,099 respectively.

While the Pro models offer some impressive tech for people hoping for the very most from their photos, for most people, the non-Pro iPhone 11 offers a whole lot of value. Apple says that the A13 Bionic is built for machine learning, with a faster Neural Engine for real-time photo and video analysis, and new Machine Learning Accelerators that allow the CPU to deliver more than 1 trillion operations per second. The 11 Pro should get four more hours than the XS, and the 11 Pro Max should get five hours more than the XS Max. The Oscar-nominated film director Sean Baker, who shot his 2015 feature film Tangerine entirely on an earlier model of the iPhone, was also invited onstage to speak.

An iPhone 11 boasted upgrades including a dual-camera system, longer battery life, a muscular computer chip and better water resistance.

By having two or three cameras - all on the back with another on the front - Apple highlights that you can take all kinds of pictures without having to physically move.

As the world's most popular camera, Apple set out to make the iPhone 11 camera better than ever.

The company also announced a new iPad - the seventh version - that comes with a larger 10.2in display and a full-size keyboard. Customers can pre-order any iPhone 11 device starting at 5 a.m. PT on Friday, September 13, with retail availability beginning Friday, September 20.

As device sales have fallen in recent years, Apple has placed more of an emphasis on new services such as Apple TV+, the company's answer to streaming platforms such as Netflix and Hulu.

"All of these incredible shows for the price of a single movie rental", Cook said at a press event held on Tuesday at a theater at Apple's headquarters in Cupertino.

The new Apple TV+ service was previously announced, but on Tuesday the company revealed the low price and the launch date, November 1, with nine original titles, including The Morning Show with Reese Witherspoon and Jennifer Aniston. It will not have commercials and will feature original series.
