Selon les informations de Sudpresse, Michel Lelièvre aurait trouvé un logement en région bruxelloise.

Le tribunal de l'application des peines de Bruxelles lui impose également de respecter au total une douzaine de conditions, dont celles d'entreprendre une formation et/ou travailler, d'indemniser les parties civiles, de ne pas consommer d'alcool ou de stupéfiant, détaille la Radio-Télévision belge (RTBF). Michel Lelièvre(photographié ci-dessous) est pourtant considéré comme le principal homme de main du tristement célèbre Marc Dutroux, le psychopathe pédophile belge condamné à la prison à vie pour séquestration et viol de 7 fillettes, et assassinat de 5 d'entre elles. Il s'agit de deux des quatre filles retrouvées mortes un an plus tard dans les propriétés de celui qui est considéré comme un des pires criminels de l'histoire en Belgique. Le tribunal d'application des peines de Bruxelles avait accordé la libération conditionnelle à M. Lelièvre en septembre. A 48 ans, il a bénéficié d'une libération anticipée après 23 années d'incarcération au lieu des 25 auxquelles il avait été condamné.
