  • Howard Stern Blames Simon Cowell For Gabrielle Union

The reverberations from Gabrielle Union's ouster from NBC's America's Got Talent continues apace. "And I get that because I'm me, and I'm not in the club, and I'm not one of the guys that go out looking for young women". And that's the truth.

"I left. And that's the fact".

"Everyone's experience in a program is different, and I was in that program for six years". I left because NBC, not because of the show. "However, I had my own problems with the network".

In a new interview on Tuesday, Hough spoke about her exit alongside brother Derek and noted that the workplace paradigm at "AGT" is shifting. The show's failure to renew her contract is, therefore, looked upon by Sag-Afrta, which represents actors and performers. "I'm still waiting on a good answer to that question". I don't know about any of [Union's] concerns about the show. "The crew and everybody was fantastic to me, everybody, except the network".

Reports told of racist and offensive jokes being the norm on set. When Union urged producers to flag the incident to HR, it was never escalated.

Variety reported that Union and fellow judge Julianne Hough were fired after receiving several complaints about their physical appearance. She also reportedly ruffled feathers after complaining about Cowell's habit of smoking indoors, which is against California state law. Stern alleged. English television personality, Piers Morgan, was on the show seasons 1 through 6 while David Hasselhoff was there from seasons 1 through 4.

"AGT switches out female judges for "hotter chicks and younger chicks." data-reactid="33" type="text" "He sets it up that the men stay, no matter how ugly they are, no matter how old they are, no matter how fat they are, no matter how talentless they are", Stern continued, later claiming it's "obvious" that AGT switches out female judges for "hotter chicks and younger chicks".

Other discarded hosts include: Brandy Norwood, Osbourne, Mel B and Heidi Klum.

On the first season of The X Factor U.S., Paula Abdul and Nicole Scherzinger (who replaced Cheryl Cole midseason) were judges along with Cowell, 60, and producer L.A. Reid, 63.

The brief statement did not sit well with some fans of the 47-year-old actress, who said Crews should have come to his defense with more vehemence.

According to Page Six, executives from Syco - along with NBC and Fremantle, the production companies behind AGT - will meet with lawyers after the talent show was accused of discriminatory workplace practices by Union's husband, former National Basketball Association star Dwyane Wade.

NBC said in a statement to CNN on Monday they are working with Union to "hear more about her concerns". It's reported by the outlet that Union was told her hairstyles were also "too black" for the show's viewers. "Gabrielle has always been an activist and wants to make positive change so nothing like this happens again".

Yahoo Entertainment reached out to NBC for comment about Osbourne's claims, but did not immediately receive a response.
