Lafarge SA est poursuivie des chefs de violation d'un embargo, mise en danger de la vie d'autrui, financement d'une entreprise terroriste et complicité de crimes contre l'humanité.

Cette décision est "conforme" aux réquisitions du parquet de Paris, a précisé la source judiciaire.

L'entreprise sera également soumise à un contrôle judiciaire comprenant une caution de 30 millions d'euros. Elle concerne Lafarge SA, la holding actionnaire à 98 % de la filiale syrienne Lafarge Cement Syria mise en cause.
