La volte-face de son mari Jonathann — Meurtre d'Alexia Daval

Les parents et la sœur d'Alexia Daval, retrouvée morte fin octobre 2017 en Haute-Saône, sont entendus ce mercredi par le juge d'instruction, à la suite des déclarations du mari de la victime, Jonathann Daval, mis en examen pour le meurtre de son épouse. "C'est un tournant très délicat vers l'hypothèse des complicités", a déclaré une source proche de l'affaire au quotidien. Elle rassemblera à Besançon les avocats Jonathann Daval Me Randall Schwerdoffer et Me Spatafora. Selon des informations du Parisien, il a, pour la première fois, évoqué la piste d'un "complot familial". Jusqu'à maintenant, l'enquête n'avait pas permis d'établir des complicités, et les éléments à charge contre Jonathann Daval sont nombreux: le drap dans lequel a été découvert le corps de la jeune femme appartenait au couple, la voiture utilisée pour le transporter est le véhicule professionnel de Jonathann Daval, etc. Mais les enquêteurs n'ont jamais levé le mystère du corps carbonisé: car à plusieurs reprises, Jonathann Daval a nié avoir mis le feu au cadavre de sa femme.

En revanche, il avait contesté avoir brûlé son corps, retrouvé en partie calciné dans un bois près de la commune. "Il n'a jamais essayé de mettre le feu au corps d'Alexia", avait ajouté l'avocat.

Deux jours auparavant, c'est son mari qui avait alerté et signalé sa disparition, affirmant que sa femme était partie courir mais n'était pas rentrée.
