Mis en examen fin janvier pour le meurtre de sa compagne, il avoué le crime trois mois après les faits.

Pour éclaircir des zones d'ombre dans le meurtre d'Alexia, son mari Jonathann Daval a été de nouveau entendu par la justice. D'après les informations de France Info, son avocat affirme qu'il a "répondu à toutes les questions du juge" mais qu'il ne reconnaîtrait toujours pas avoir brûlé la débouille d'Alexia.
