  • Richie Incognito

Incognito was arrested and held on suspicion of misdemeanor charges of threats and disorderly conduct. He allegedly walked around the Messingers Pinnacle Peak Mortuary on Monday, punching caskets and throwing objects in the funeral home.

Then things took a turn for the worse, as employees at the funeral home said that Incognito "wanted his father's head cut off for research purposes and that he walked through the funeral home punching caskets and throwing things".

On its own, a man walking through a funeral home "punching caskets and throwing things" is quite troubling, as is a man being arrested with several guns in his auto.

Witnesses told police that Incognito was supposed to sign cremation papers, but initially was unwilling to cooperate. According to employee Michael Wells, Incognito formed a gun with his hand and insinuated firing it, then said he had weapons in his truck.

Incognito then settled into an employee's office, where he said he wanted to buy the staff flowers and handed over his credit card.

The police report also contained a piece of information, per the Democrat and Chronicle, that Incognito wanted to cut off his dead father's head in order to research what was inside.

When police searched Incognito's vehicle, they found a tan Glock 17 9mm handgun, a black Glock 35.40-caliber handgun, three rifles and four magazines.

This is at least the second incident of violent, threatening behavior from Incognito in recent months.

Longtime NFL lineman Richie Incognito was recently arrested following an outburst at a funeral home. In May, he threw a tennis ball and dumbbell at a man in a Florida gym, screaming at him.
