The series, the first and longest-running of Marvel's Netflix universe, returns with new episodes later this month, and this trailer promises an intriguing season, with Vincent D'Onofrio's Kingpin released from prison a "changed man" harboring a serious grudge against Matt Murdock (Charlie Cox) and his costumed alter ego. Technically, multiple "he" s are back in the new Daredevil trailer. We'll have more to see from Daredevil at New York Comic-Con quite soon.

Appearing dressed in the same suit as the Devil of Hell's Kitchen, this is none other than classic Daredevil villain Bullseye, who'll be hired by Fisk to ruin Daredevil's reputation and turn public opinion against him in a way of bringing him down.

Murdock was last seen in last year's The Defenders, which brought together Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage and Iron Fist, where he almost died.

The Season 3 cast also features Elden Henson (as Foggy Nelson), Deborah Ann Woll (Karen Page), Joanne Whalley (Sister Maggie), Wilson Bethel (Benjamin Poindexter) and Jay Ali (Rahul "Ray" Nadeem). Erik Oleson serves as showrunner.

Netflix dropped the new look at the series on Thursday, bringing fans back to Hell's Kitchen, reacquainting viewers with the dangers that swirl through the streets of the NY neighborhood, revealing Matt's (Charlie Cox) grim outlook on life, and adding a malicious malefactor to the mix.
