The official designation for Rob Gronkowski on game-day is questionable, but the tight end reportedly is expected to play Thursday night against the Indianapolis Colts, giving the New England Patriots a one-two punch they haven't had in almost two years.

Gronkowski is expected to suit up on Thursday despite an ankle injury that forced him out of Sunday's game early and kept him limited at practice this week, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.

Gronkowski leads the Patriots with 233 receiving yards in four games.
