Rob Gronkowski misses practice ahead of Thursday night game in Week 5

With the next Patriots game coming on Thursday night, the team had to release an injury report on Monday, despite not practicing.

A healthy Gronk to go along with Edelman, Chris Hogan, Josh Gordon and the running back duo of Sony Michel and James White would make the Patriots favorites in the AFC yet again.

Along with Julian Edelman's return from an National Football League suspension, Gronkowski's health is the biggest news of the week so far as the Patriots prepare to host Indianapolis this Thursday night at Gillette Stadium. The injury occurred in the second half of New England's victory over Miami.

Patriots' TE Rob Gronkowski's ankle injury that prevented him from finishing Sunday's game is not considered serious, per source. For the season, Gronk has 17 receptions for 233 yards and one touchdown. Gronkowski is expected to be questionable for Thursday night vs. Colts.
