"Since my dad died I have received a lot of attention online..."

As Luke Perry's daughter grieves her father's death, she's also continuing to celebrate life - just as he would have wanted her to.

"I'm 18. I swear like a sailor and sometimes I dress like a hooker", she continued. And I support causes and you may not. And most importantly. I'm going to laugh and smile and live my normal life'.

She went on to say she is "hurt and sad and crying and beside myself" over Perry's passing, calling it "the worst thing to ever happen in my life", but it's not going to stop her from being her. It is the worst thing to ever happen in my life'. "And I am torn the (expletive) up over it", she wrote.

She added that she's not "going to sit in my room and cry day in and day out", just because social media might think she should.

"Since my dad died I have received a lot of attention online", Sophie wrote. So you shouldn't either.

Perry, known for "Beverly Hills, 90210" and "Riverdale", passed away last Monday at 52 after suffering a massive stroke. "Our thoughts are with Luke's family during this most hard time". "Everything is happening so fast".
