First look of Akshay Kumar’s ‘Bachchan Pandey’ released

If the first-look of Kumar in Bachchan Pandey is anything to go by, it seems he will play yet another patriotic character in the film. The film is supposed to release sometime in late 2020.

The film is directed by Farhad Samji and is backed by Sajid Nadiadwala. "In #SajidNadiadwala's Next, directed by @farhad_samji", Akshay wrote in his tweet. It is now confirmed that Aamir Khan's Laal Singh Chaddha and Akshay Kumar's Bachchan Pandey will battle it out at the box-office. Yesterday, he made an announcement that something exciting is coming on the way which made fans eager to know what it is. Some called it a "fabulous surprise" while others have already declared it a blockbuster.
