Québec interdit la vente de bonbons et desserts au cannabis.

Le crime organisé pourra donc continuer de s'enrichir, écrit le CCC, qui demande à Québec de collaborer avec Ottawa dans ce dossier pour harmoniser les règles en matière de produits comestibles, afin de "lutter plus efficacement " contre l'industrie illicite du cannabis. Rappelons que Santé Canada a toutefois annoncé que les produits comestibles ne pourraient se retrouver sur les tablettes avant la mi-décembre.

Souhaitant "réduire la banalisation du cannabis", le ministre caquiste a décidé de resserrer le cadre réglementaire fédéral qui doit entrer en vigueur le 17 octobre prochain.

Dans ces conditions, il reste à voir sous quelle forme se présenteront les produits de cannabis comestibles dont la vente sera autorisée au Québec.

Il sera également interdit "pour le moment " de vendre du cannabis à usage topique, tel que des crèmes ou des gels pour la peau.

Dans le cas des produits sous forme solide, la limite de THC permise sera de 10 mg par emballage.

Les Québécois pourront cuisiner des aliments au cannabis à la maison.
