In the face of growing coronavirus fears, production on world-travel competition series "The Amazing Race" has been halted, the network said Friday.

The Amazing Race just hit a serious roadblock: CBS has suspended production on Season 33 of the globe-trotting reality hit over concerns about the coronavirus, according to our sister site Variety.

All the show's staff and contestants are returning home, a CBS spokesperson tells TIME in an emailed statement.
