Airline Jet2 has said it will not fly back any people who have been staying at the hotel until they have tested negative for the illness, or until the incubation period has passed.
A third person in the United Kingdom is diagnosed in Brighton and transferred to Guy's and St Thomas' in London.
The Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) says the four newly diagnosed people had contracted the virus in France.
It is unclear whether this was "directly or indirectly" from someone who recently returned from overseas, England's chief medical officer said.
Those infected are all contacts of Mr Walsh and Public Health England (PHE) confirms two are healthcare workers.

The patient in Belfast had recently returned from northern Italy and had previously been in Dublin.
Irish health chief Dr John Cuddihy said: "Each of the stages of this person's journey have been identified and all relevant contacts in all of those stages of transport have been contacted (and) traced".
Ministers have said they expect more cases to emerge.
