Prisoners Escape Washington State Jail, 6 Remain On The Loose

The escape happened at about 7:10 p.m. Yakima Police said on Facebook that eight inmates were unaccounted for. Yakima County Sheriff Robert Udell revealed that eight inmates were caught nearly immediately, including one by a firefighter.

Authorities in Washington state are on the hunt for six of 14 inmates who made a daring escape from a jail by using a table to bust open an exterior fire door and jumped a tall fence, according to reports.
