A civil suit filed Tuesday in Pinellas County, Florida, by a man named Brian Borruso claims that Woods' caddie Joe LaCava "intentionally shoved" him while he was a spectator at the 2018 Valspar Championship in Central Florida.

Drechsel, meanwhile, issued a public plea for evidence from fans who might have been at the 13th green that day and witnessed the incident.

Here is video of the alleged incident.

The accuser, Brian Borruso, is alleging that LaCava pushed him, causing him to "stumble and fall into the crowd of spectators" after Woods' ball landed over the green and wound up in the gallery, according to Baker.

As a result, Borruso's lawsuit claims he "suffered injury and damages" including "bodily and mental injury", "disability, disfigurement, mental anguish, loss of capacity for the enjoyment of life, expenses of hospitalization, medical and nursing care and treatment, loss of ability to earn income, and aggravation of a previously existing condition".

Woods's appearance at the 2018 Valspar Championship was just his fourth start in an official US PGA Tour event after spinal fusion surgery the previous April.
