Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse Sequel Release Date Delayed

Marvel Studios has moved up the "Thor: Love and Thunder" film by a week from its February 18, 2022 release date to February 11, 2022.

In the latest shuffle of its release calendar, Sony has pushed back the untitled Marvel "Spider-Man: Far From Home" sequel and the next animated "Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse" sequel. "Connected" moves back a month to October 23, 2020."Vivo" moves to June 4, 2021, from April 16, and "Hotel Transylvania 4" moves up from Christmas 2021 to August 6, 2021.

Under the terms of last fall's deal between Disney and Sony, this will be the last MCU Spider-Man movie featuring Tom Holland's webslinger. Sony has also hinted that Holland's Spider-Man may crossover with Venom and/or Morbius.
