"And I hope the long-suffering North Korean people will get some relief if he is dead, and President Trump's willing to do business with North Korea in a win-win fashion".

Other sources said he was on his death bed in a vegetative state with no hope of resuscitation after botched heart surgery.

Speculations about Kim Jong-un's health can not be verified and it is early to jump to conclusions, Russian legislator Kazbek Taysaev said on Sunday after his talks with the new North Korean ambassador to Russia.

The official said: "Our government position is firm, Kim Jong-un is alive and well". "No suspicious movements have so far been detected".

"The approximately 250-metre long train, although partially covered by the station's roof, can be seen at a railway station reserved for use by the Kim family".

Satellite images indicate the train, not present in the area on April 15, arrived sometime before April 21 and continued to be at the location on April 23.

Some social media users still suggest Kim may be in grave condition, amid a flux of worldwide media reports that about 50 Chinese doctors were dispatched to the North Korea.

China has sent a team to North Korea, including medical experts, to advise on the North Korean leader, according to three people familiar with the situation.

He told reporters: "We have a good relationship with North Korea-as good as you can have".

Reuters was unable to instantly decide what the journey by the Chinese group signalled when it comes to Kim's well being. A Hong Kong broadcast network said on Saturday that Kim died and cited a "very solid source" who was not identified.

A doctor with him at the time is said to have performed CPR. The complex houses nine large guesthouses, a recreation center, a large building built after Kim came to power, a protected port, a shooting range, a recreation building, a covered dock, and a small runway converted in 2019 into a horse-riding track.

But because of the nature of the ultra secret regime in North Korea claims of Kim Jong-un's death are very hard to verify before an official state announcement.

Seoul has repeatedly indicated that there have been no unusual signs that could indicate Mr Kim is suffering from health problems.

Reports emerged last week that Kim was gravely ill following heart surgery, although that has since been disputed.

Bits of gossip have whirled about Kim's health condition after he missed the festival of his late grandfather's 108th birthday celebration. The hashtag #kimjongundead was the among the top subjects trending globally Saturday on Twitter.

"But it does lend weight to reports that Kim is staying at an elite area on the country's eastern coast".

Broadcaster CNN reported earlier this week that the United States was looking into intelligence that Kim was in "grave danger" following surgery, however this was later denied by President Donald Trump.

USA intelligence officials have also said they see no sign of unusual military activity that would suggest something was amiss.
