Le directeur général du Club de hockey Canadien, Marc Bergevin, a annoncé mardi que l'équipe s'est entendue sur les modalités d'un contrat d'entrée de trois saisons (2020-2021 à 2022-2023) avec l'attaquant Cameron Hillis.

L'ancien coéquipier de Nick Suzuki avec le Storm de Guelph dans la OHL a terminé au deuxième rang de l'équipe au chapitre des points avec 83 en 62 rencontres.

Au cours de son séjour avec le Storm, il a accumulé 54 buts et 110 aides en 155 parties.
