"Dune": une bande-annonce du film de Denis Villeneuve dévoilée

Le dévoilement de la bande-annonce a été précédé par des entrevues en anglais avec Denis Villeneuve, Timothée Chalamet et les autres acteurs et actrices du film. Pictures vient de dévoiler la première bande annonce de la très ambitieuse adaptation du roman de Frank Herbert, Dune, signée Denis Villeneuve (Blade Runner 2049, Premier contact). Les premières images promettent un film épique avec une cinématographie à tomber. On attend de voir le film pour voir si ce remake est à la hauteur.

Dune raconte l'histoire de Paul Atréides, jeune homme aussi doué que brillant, voué à connaître un destin hors du commun qui le dépasse totalement. Car s'il veut préserver l'avenir de sa famille et de son peuple, il devra se rendre sur la planète la plus dangereuse de l'univers - la seule à même de fournir la ressource la plus précieuse au monde, capable de décupler la puissance de l'humanité. C'est aussi un film culte des années 80 réalisé à l'époque par David Lynch avec Kyle MacLachlan à l'affiche.

La superproduction, qui a été écrite par Denis Villeneuve, Eric Roth (Forrest Gump) et Jon Spaihts (Prometheus), a été présentée par son réalisateur comme "un Star Wars pour adultes".
