Terrorisme : les Américains prêts à retirer le Soudan de leur liste noire

Le président américain, Donald Trump, a annoncé, lundi, sur Twitter, que le Soudan allait être retiré de la liste des pays parrains du terrorisme, une fois que le gouvernement aurait versé la somme de 335 millions de dollars pour indemniser les victimes des attentats commis en 1998 contre les ambassades américaines en Tanzanie et au Kenya. "Le nouveau gouvernement soudanais, qui accomplit de grands progrès, a accepté de payer 335 MILLIONS de dollars aux victimes américaines du terrorisme et à leurs familles".

"Une fois (cette somme) déposée (sur un compte séquestre), je retirerai le Soudan de la liste des États parrains du terrorisme", a ajouté le président américain. Dès que la somme sera versée, les États-Unis retireront le Soudan de la liste.
