While out on a jog Saturday, Reese Witherspoon's ex-husband came across a poster of DeGeneres' show and took a selfie with it. Phillippe shared the snap on his Instagram Story along with a message that seemingly takes a swipe at the talk show host.

His post comes amid numerous accusations DeGeneres and producers on her show have faced in recent months.

As many as 36 former employees of the Ellen DeGeneres Show alleged how she is complicit in all the toxic treatment the workers were given over time.

Ryan Phillippe had a dig at Ellen DeGeneres on Instagram while he was out jogging.

The steep decline in viewership of the once popular show suggests that claims from staffers of bullying and harassment from top producers and diva-like behavior from the 62-year-old host are pushing fans away.
