Adams appeared in 63 games for the Thunder last season, averaging 10.9 points, 9.3 rebounds, and 1.1 blocks while helping Oklahoma City make a surprise run to the playoffs.
Should the four-team trade be finalised, Adams could find himself playing alongside National Basketball Association rising star Zion Williamson who was selected by the Pelicans as the number one overall pick in the 2019 draft.
