Raffensperger said his office was examining registration efforts by America Votes, Vote Forward and the New Georgia Project. Kelly Loeffler and David Perdue ahead of a high stakes run-off election in January that will determine which party controls the U.S. Senate.
Georgia already certified the election results earlier this month after a first conducted by hand showed Biden winning the state by some 13,000 votes.
Raffensperger said his office also had several investigations open into accusations of wrongdoing in the USA presidential election.

Completed Wisconsin recount confirms Biden's win over Trump
Taken together, the two counties barely budged Biden's winning margin of about 20,600 votes, giving him a net gain of 87 votes. The county clerk said Dane County had finished its recount on Sunday - a few days after Milwaukee County finished its own.
Raffensperger also hit back at allegations of widespread fraud, saying those that perpetuate them "are exploiting the emotions of many Trump supporters with fantastic claims, half-truths, misinformation and, frankly, they're misleading the president as well, apparently".
The secretary of state's office is looking into a sworn statement from a Republican official in Gwinnett County, in Atlanta's northeastern suburbs, that says there were more absentee ballots than absentee ballot envelopes, Raffensperger said.
"This is the kind of specific charge that our office can investigate and ascertain the truth", he said.
Elections workers across Georgia are counting ballots for a third time after the president's campaign requested a recount, and after a statewide audit last week affirmed Biden as the victor. After the initial count following Election Day, Raffensperger selected the presidential race for an audit required by state law.
