Jeremy Renner posted the photo just hours after the video seemingly confirming Hailee Steinfeld's involvement as Kate Bishop on Hawkeye began to circulate, so it's possible that his tweet was in reaction to the footage getting out.

Support for the report that Hailee Steinfeld was filming a subway scene with Jeremy Renner for Hawkeye comes straight from Renner himself.

Marvel has yet to officially confirm that Steinfeld signed on to play Bishop on the Disney+ show, but now that these videos are out in the open, we may get an announcement fairly soon.

It was announced in September 2019 that Steinfeld was in talks for the role.
