On the heels of the United Kingdom approving Pfizer's vaccine for use, anticipation has been building in Canada for when people in this country could be authorized to begin getting vaccinated for the novel coronavirus.
Minister of Health Patty Hajdu said Health Canada regulators are continuing to review the data of two potential vaccines and decisions are expected soon. They are now reviewing the data from Pfizer and working closely with the manufacturer.

In the meantime, the country's distribution plan is nearing finalization.
"The details of the Armed Forces' plan become firm when we understand what support will be required by the provinces and territories", Vance said in an interview Wednesday.
