Tennis Star Naomi Osaka Joins Louis Vuitton As New House Ambassador

Naomi Osaka's rapid ascent to success as a tennis champion has been, it's safe to say, stratospheric.

The tennis champion was announced as the newest Louis Vuitton brand ambassador on Monday.

The announcement comes after an incredible few years for Osaka, winning the 2020 U.S. Open, as well as holding the titles of the highest-paid female athlete by Forbes and Sportsperson of the Year by Sports Illustrated. The three-time Grand Slam victor will appear in LV's Spring-Summer 2021 campaign designed by LV's director of women's collection, Nicolas Ghesquière. As a longtime fashionista, the U.S. Open victor called the campaign a "dream come true" in a press release. "Honored to be @louisvuitton newest House Ambassador", she wrote. "To become global brand ambassador is truly a dream come true for me". Clearly, the feeling is mutual.
