Isère : une soirée clandestine de 200 personnes interrompue

Les policiers sont intervenus suite à l'appel, vers 21h30, d'une riveraine gênée par le bruit provenant des abords d'un local associatif situé rue Barnave, à Saint-Martin-d'Hères.

Malgré le couvre-feu à 18H00 mis en place depuis samedi 16 janvier sur l'ensemble du territoire métropolitain pour tenter d'enrayer l'épidémie de Covid-19, la police a mis fin, dans la nuit de samedi à dimanche, à une soirée clandestine à Saint-Martin-d'Hères (Isère), proche de Grenoble. La plupart ont fui à l'arrivée des forces de l'ordre, qui ont mis fin à la fête vers 22 h 15.

Finalement, trois personnes ont été interpellées et placées en garde à vue. Deux "teufeurs" accusés de violences sur personne dépositaire de l'autorité publique, dont le DJ qui a été trouvé en possession de différents produits stupéfiants, "amphétamines et LSD" précise Eric Vaillant, le procureur de Grenoble.

Trois personnes ont été interpellées et placées en garde à vue, dont deux pour "mise en danger de la vie d'autrui". Et une troisième pour être soupçonnée d'avoir organisé la soirée. Par ailleurs, trente-huit personnes ont été verbalisées sur place pour non port du masque et la sono a été saisie.

On ne sait pas encore si le propriétaire du hangar avait donné son autorisation pour l'organisation de la soirée.
