Rémy Julienne, natif de Cepoy (Loiret), près de Montargis, a débuté dans le cinéma en 1964.

Rémy Julienne a été champion de France de moto-cross en 1957 classé deuxième en coupe lors des saisons 1960 et 1962 et de ce fait sélectionné de nombreuses fois en équipe de France. Il rencontre Gil Delamare qui lui présente Belmondo. Atteint par le coronavirus, il avait été hospitalisé en réanimation il y a plusieurs jours et a fini par s'éteindre à l'hôpital après avoir lutté plus de deux semaines contre la maladie. Il a par la suite joué les doublures pour Yves Montand, Alain Delon ou encore Sean Connery et Roger Moore dans les films de la saga James Bond.

Le sommet de sa carrière restera probablement ses cascades pour James Bond, qui lui valurent des récompenses à Hollywood et l'estime de Roger Moore, rappelle Le Figaro: "Sans Rémy Julienne, James Bond n'aurait pas existé", disait l'acteur britannique.

En 2016, il affirmait à Ouest-France que son nom figurait au générique de "1 400 films".

Selon une source proche de la famille, Rémy Julienne sera enterré à Cepoy, dans le caveau familial.
