La Commission européenne présentera en mars un projet de "passeport vert" numérique attestant d'une vaccination contre le Covid ou de tests négatifs pour voyager plus librement, a annoncé sa présidente Ursula von der Leyen, alors que les droits associés à ce document divisent les Vingt-Sept. Ce pass servira à se déplacer en Europe. "La nouveauté, c'est qu'on va faire une proposition législative visant à faciliter la liberté de mouvement au sein de l'Union européenne et vers l'étranger ", a-t-il ajouté.

Le "digital green pass" fournirait la preuve qu'une personne a été vaccinée, ou bien les résultats des tests pour les personnes qui n'ont pas encore été vaccinées et des informations sur la guérison des personnes ayant contracté le coronavirus.
