Les quatre hommes, dont trois ravisseurs présumés, interpellés dans le cadre de l'enlèvement de la petite Mia dans les Vosges, devraient être présentés dimanche à un juge d'instruction, a annoncé samedi le parquet. Ils pourraient être mis en examen à l'issue de cette présentation.

" Les investigations ont permis de déterminer que Lola Montemaggi avait passé une première nuit en Suisse, dans un hôtel d'Estavyer-le-Lac (canton de Fribourg), avant d'être hébergée par une femme à Neufchâtel et d'être déposée à cet immeuble squatté à Sainte-Croix", a indiqué François Pérain, procureur de la République de Nancy. Parmi elles, plusieurs sont soupçonnées d'appartenir à la sphère survivaliste, a précisé le procureur de la République d'Épinal Nicolas Heitz lors d'un point presse.

Âgés de 23 à 60 ans et sans antécédent judiciaire, les quatre suspects placés en garde à vue dans cette affaire ont été arrêtés mercredi et jeudi à Paris, en Seine-et-Marne, aux Lilas (Seine-Saint-Denis) et en Meurthe-et-Moselle. Selon les informations, les suspects auraient agi à la demande de la mère de l'enfant qui voulait récupérer sa fille.

La petite Mia a été enlevée mardi par trois hommes, par ruse et sans violence, alors qu'elle était hébergée aux Poulières, un village vosgien situé à une trentaine de kilomètre d'Epinal, chez sa grand-mère maternelle. Sa mère a été placée en garde à vue par les autorités suisses, qui ont également interpellé une personne sur le territoire helvétique. Cette dernière avait été désignée en janvier "tiers de confiance" par la justice.
